Return & Exchange Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be
Unworn、Unwashed、Uncut、Not dyed or chemically altered、In original condition With original packaging and tags attached
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Return Responsibility

1. If the return is due to our responsibility
(e.g., wrong item shipped, product quality issue)

We will issue a full refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.

2. If the return is due to the buyer’s responsibility
(e.g., personal preference, wrong size/color selected, ordering mistake, delays caused by force majeure)

We will deduct 20% of the order amount from your refund to cover freight and handling fees.

Return shipping costs are not covered for buyer-responsible returns (including but not limited to color differences caused by device displays, personal suitability issues, or ordering the wrong product).

Return Process
Please contact us before returning any product and provide a reasonable explanation for the return.
In your email, include:
Photos of the product (to verify it is our item and in eligible condition) Photos of the product packaging in good condition.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Typically, you will receive the refund within 7–15 business days after we receive the returned item.

Because customers are located in different regions, return addresses may vary.

Important: Returns sent without authorization may not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take corrective action.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for personal care items (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the items you need is to return your existing items and purchase new ones separately.

Refunds

It takes 3-7 business days for us to process your return request. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

For custom products, a $25 customization fee will be deducted from the refund.
