We have a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 days to request a return after receiving your item.

We accept returns for items that are unpackaged but unused. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—unworn, undyed, uncurled, and untrimmed.

We will provide you with a return link, where you can access a free return shipping label. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We provide free return labels for the following countries or regions:
Canada, United States, Netherlands, Poland, United Kingdom, Czech Republic, Australia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Ukraine, France, Mexico, Italy, Chile, South Korea, Japan, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, Portugal, Israel, Russia, Belgium, Germany.

For other regions, please return the item to the designated address and pay for the shipping yourself.
Refunds will only cover the cost of the item. Shipping costs, including any expedited shipping fees you paid, are non-refundable.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will assess the issue and take corrective action.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for personal care items (such as beauty products), hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us.

Gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the items you need is to return your existing items and purchase new ones separately.

Refunds

It takes 3-7 business days for us to process your return request. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at info@seully.com.

For custom products, a $25 customization fee will be deducted from the refund.
